People across West Yorkshire are being encouraged to take advantage of free liver health checks as the ‘Love Your Liver’ Roadshow returns to the region.
Following a successful 2024 campaign, the West Yorkshire Liver Care Operational Delivery Network, in partnership with the British Liver Trust, is once again offering free liver fibroscans, a quick, painless, non-invasive scan that measures:
- Liver stiffness (fibrosis)
- Fat content in the liver
Roadshow Dates & Locations
Timing – 10am – 3:30pm daily
- Monday 6 July – Briggate, Leeds, LS1 6AS
- Tuesday 7 July – Accu Stadium, Car Park B South, Stadium Way, Huddersfield, HD1 6PG
- Wednesday 8 July – FLAIR Stadium, Owl Lane, Dewsbury, WF12 7RH
- Thursday 9 July – Bartercard Odsal Stadium, Car Park D, Bradford, BD6 1BS
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in checking their liver health. If you meet the scan criteria, you’ll receive a free fibroscan and have the chance to speak with health professionals about how to keep your liver healthy.
