The Love Your Liver roadshow concluded at the Bradford Bulls Bartercard Stadium after visiting Leeds, Huddersfield, and Dewsbury, raising awareness of liver health and offering free liver checks, scans, and hepatitis testing.
Across the four days, the team scanned 192 people, with 113 completing a feedback survey, and several individuals referred for follow-up care. The team also engaged with around 200 additional people who did not meet the criteria for a free scan but received advice and information about liver health.
Leeds saw the strongest turnout at the start of the week, though numbers naturally dipped as temperatures rose. Despite this, every location contributed valuable engagement and important health insights.
The roadshow continues to demonstrate the impact of community-based liver health checks, helping people understand their risk and access support early. The results highlight the importance of early detection and ongoing liver health awareness across West Yorkshire.
